Day 61
Rest day in Pontiac, Illinois
After breakfast in the hotel, we went into town.
Pontiac is a neat old town. We had lunch at Delongs, enjoyed the museum and ten headed to the Pontiac Transportation Museum where we met Tim & Penny Dye. Tim have us a tour filled with interesting facts. We even got to go in the basement which housed even more memorabilia.
A tour through the court house was a step back on time. With the threat of rain, we returned to our room.
The tent is now dry after hanging over the shower rail for a day and we are organized with enough food/supplies. What a great, rest/ recover day!!
